| Admin Joined: Apr 11, 2001 Posts: 284 |  Posted: 2018-04-08 00:20 Bluetooth Speakers may disconnect after 3 secondes when paired in stereo mode with Windows 7. When looking at device drivers, you may notice an unknown driver for Bluetooth. Check device id, if id is _VID&00010057_PID&0023, then you probably missing "Standard Serial over Bluetooth link" driver. Install driver manually : - Click "Update drivers manually" - Click search localy on computer - Click choose in list of drivers on my computer - At this state, you may have to choose "Ports Com" - Then choose Microsoft - Choose "Standard Serial over Bluetooth link" - Click Next - Accept Windows to install risky/unverified driver You may have to do the same for second speaker if also paired in Windows. Then it should be OK, Windows could be able to send second audio channel to other speaker and it should not disconnect anymore. SixK
